1Bibs 101 – El Petit Taller review and GIVEAWAY

I’m really excited to bring you my final review in the bibs 101. It’s been lots of fun testing out these different products and I’m super lucky to get the chance to end the series with this lovely bib. These are just one of the lovely handmade items sold on Irina’s wonderful Etsy shop.

Appearance?

Well. Where do I start? These bibs are beautiful. The work that goes into them is exquisite and the designs are bright, colourful and fun. From a practical point of view, are patterned so they won’t show up too many pesky stains! The design we chose was a dinosaur/animal print and I just love it.

Price?

Obviously, these bibs cost more than something that is commercially produced. But you are getting something handcrafted so they are difficult to compare price-wise. For a bib you are looking at around  £12 (15 euro). But, I know from reading feedback from other mama’s that these bibs quite literally last for YEARS! Plus…stay tuned as there is a special discount code specially for Babyledblog readers!

Major plus points

  • Easy to put on (win)
  • Ties securely at the back (and Dex can’t reach)
  • Super absorbent (for general toddler liquid)
  • Long-lasting (hooray)
  • Washable (phew)
  • Covers the whole front (passes the spag bol test)

Anything else?

There really isn’t anything I don’t love about El Petit Taller bibs. I’m just hoping Irina decides to branch out and make a vinyl version for toddler crafts so I can buy one for messy play. Make it happen Irina!

Best for?

An investment that pays off. These would make the most lovely baby shower gift or something different for a 1st birthday. If you like having quirky and interesting toddler styling then these are definitely for you.
